CONSULTATION

This is the first step to begin the process of developing your Personal Care Home.  Our PCH specialist will meet with you to outline the process and detail what is offered in the developmental plan.  Your specific questions and concerns can be addressed at this time.  We will also outline all the state and county requirements to become a PCH.  In addition your consultation will include a walk through of your property to determine the condition of the home.  At that point if you like what you have heard and upon execution of a signed contract we proceed with development.

PCH DEVELOPMENT

(Does not include Patient Placement, Staffing or Furnishing.)

HOST HOME DEVELOPMENT
